This is a brand new product to me, and to Shawnee Moon [at least in my known history of Shawnee Moon] and is featured in our 2016 Healthiest You product launch. But I came across this formula in Victoria’s recipe book and herbal research notes. It was a simple list of herbs and she titled it, “Tropical Trim”, with the only note beside it being “appetite suppressant“. Well, if that isn’t intriguing, then I don’t know what is. So I dug into the herbs a bit that were in the list and wanted to share here what I found!

We did a 20 day study with 5 participants. It was all women who participated, between ages 20 – 70. This experiment stretched over Thanksgiving holiday and the participants were encouraged to not change anything else about their daily habits, but keep track of their hunger by a sliding scale every day. Some in the study were asked to take the product 20-30 mins before a meal and the others were asked to take 2-3 servings once a day. Here are some of the comments:

First time I’ve ever made it through thanksgiving without gaining weight!!! The biggest positive is that I’ve lost a couple pounds without changing much of anything!! I feel fuller at meals with less food, more overall energy & I seem to be eating more regularly. Kerry my honest opinion at this point is it’s a keeper, not a miracle cure for instant thinness but most definitely a pretty reliable aid. I have all my notes & will send to you after day 20. Thank you for letting me participate in this study!!!!! – R.B.

I am done. No more pages to fill out. I think I lost about 5 lbs. It did suppress my appetite. But you have to be willing to adapt. I was willing and it helped me to eat less. Taking it before meals was good for me. Missed a few doses, but not many. One bottle lasted me about 2 weeks and I was taking about 17 drops, or so straight from the bottle or in an ounce of water. – C.P.

I think it has helped. I mean, I still get hungry, but normally I eat lunch around noon, and then have a snack around 3-4 before dinner. But I have been skipping my snack sometimes. – A.J.

Yes. I completed it Sunday. I will get the papers to you asap. It’s hard to say if it worked. I think it did….I’ll explain more later. – S.P.

Sometimes I took it when I was starting to get hungry in the morning, then I’d go ahead and take my shower, do what I needed to be ready for the day, and be out the door before I realized I hadn’t eaten! That is not like me! I have been crazy busy this week and forgot to take it at all. Tonight we had pizza for dinner, I bought ice cream and indulged, and now I’m sitting here craving potato chips! I think it was helping curb my cravings as well as my appetite. I started taking the KAP Off around the same time I started the Tropical Trim, and since then I have also noticed that my hair doesn’t seem as brittle and my nails are really hard! Both things unusual for me. And I’m back on them diligently cause I don’t want those unhealthy cravings anymore!!! – D.B.

I am so grateful to all the ladies who participated and took the time to make sure they kept notes for the study! It was fun, and I hope you enjoyed reading about the results!

Thanks for reading!
