Class: Herbs and their Preparations
This is going to be an introduction into the basic definitions of herbs and their preparations. From Teas to Tinctures, Ointments to Oils, I’ll be covering all kinds of basic/beginner info about herbs and how they have been used for centuries and how they can be used today in your home for the health and wellness of you and your family.
You will want to RSVP as ‘going’ and participate that night to be eligible for prizes and freebies!! But if you can’t be ‘there‘ you can still read the posts in the following days. Hope you can ‘come’!
