In this class I’ll be sharing tips on identifying Elderberry in the wild (how not to mistake it for Poke weed), the details on safety of elderberry (is fresh elderberry toxic?) and how to properly prepare elderberry and when/how to use it. It should be a fun class!

This class was incredibly helpful. I was nervous about identifying elderberry, but after taking this class I feel as though I can positively identify elderberry in many different stages. I was worried about mistaking it with pokeberry, but now I can tell the difference! I appreciated learning about what it can be used for, as well. So much helpful info in a compact class!
